What is the purpose of the project?

The project aims to implement various free preventive programs (content and activities) to provide new knowledge, skills, and information for the empowerment of different vulnerable target groups, as well as to establish a central gathering space in the Koroška region dedicated to socializing, maintaining or expanding social networks, learning, and co-creating the community.

What is the goal of the project?

With its diverse range of content, the project aims to contribute to improving the quality of life for target groups and to prevent their slide into social exclusion and poverty.

For who is VGC+ intended for?

    • Families, especially those with low socio-economic status.
    • Individuals, particularly children and young people, at risk of social exclusion.
    • Elderly people, especially those from socially disadvantaged backgrounds.
    • Individuals, especially children and young people, with special needs.
    • Migrant and refugee individuals and families, especially children, young people, and women from these families.
    • Single-parent families.
    • People with disabilities.

What will we achieve together?

    • 10,560 hours of various activities conducted.
    • 13,728 hours of center availability for informal socializing and user information.
    • 5,300 individuals from target groups involved.
    • Activities carried out in 7 municipalities.
    • 30 volunteers working on the project.
